About the role
Join Amplify Health’s fast‑growing team in Hong Kong as a Senior Business Analyst focused on the Vitality platform. You will translate business strategy into functional and technical requirements, partnering with stakeholders, architects and engineering teams to deliver scalable wellness solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the Vitality subject‑matter expert, gathering and refining high‑quality business requirements and maintaining functional documentation.
- Design high‑level and logical solution artefacts, including process flows, data mappings and integration designs.
- Collaborate with on‑shore and off‑shore development teams to ensure delivery aligns with defined requirements and serves as a quality gatekeeper.
- Support operational rollout, triage incidents, and drive continuous improvement of the platform.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics or related field.
- 4+ years experience as a Business/Systems/Technical Analyst in software development.
- Strong background in business requirements analysis, documentation and Agile delivery.
Required skills
- API testing tools (Postman, JSON)
- SQL querying
- Data modelling and UML
- Agile methodologies (user stories, sprint delivery)
