Senior DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes & OpenShift

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment and operation of our Kubernetes‑based container platform, with a strong focus on OpenShift. The role will drive CI/CD optimisation, automation and ensure platform reliability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and management of Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.
• Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines for canary, blue‑green and emergency roll‑backs.
• Implement GitOps workflows using tools such as ArgoCD for automated deployments.
• Set up monitoring and alerting with Prometheus and the ELK Stack.
• Maintain platform security through patching, vulnerability management and incident RCA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in SRE or DevOps roles.
• Solid understanding of security best practices; ISO 27001 knowledge is a plus.
