Senior Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to lead B2B campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth. You will work closely with sales, CRM, and business units to ensure seamless lead hand‑off and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimise B2B digital campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other channels.
• Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research and ad‑copy development, continuously testing and refining performance.
• Set up and monitor campaigns, manage landing pages via CMS platforms, and support lead capture.
• Track, analyse and report on performance metrics using GA4, Looker Studio and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to maintain data quality, qualify leads and meet SQL benchmarks.
• Gather market insights and sales feedback to improve targeting and content.
• Maintain dashboards and KPI reports on lead volume, conversion rates and cost per lead.

Required profile

• 4+ years of solid experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or agency environments.
• Proven track record with Google Ads and experience running LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced use of GA4, Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Self‑driven, proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
