Senior Digital Performance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Performance Specialist to lead and optimise paid media campaigns across search, display and social channels. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to drive ROI and deliver data‑driven insights for eCommerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise campaigns on Search, Display and Social platforms to maximise ROI.
• Analyse campaign and website data, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement data‑driven optimisation strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Scale campaigns to improve reach, exposure and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams for integrated execution and accurate reporting.
• Prepare performance reports and client‑facing presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital performance marketing (search, display, social).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and eCommerce.
• Excellent analytical ability with high attention to detail.
• Effective client‑facing and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
