Senior Full Stack Developer Manager

About the role

FWD Group’s Digital Team is looking for a senior leader to design, develop and deliver full‑stack solutions for its seller applications across APAC markets. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of mobile, web and server‑side components, working closely with product owners, UX designers and C‑suite stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design user interactions and develop server‑side APIs, databases and mobile applications for tablet and phone platforms.
• Provide architectural design for complex multi‑system solutions and guide team members on specialised code.
• Lead the development roadmap for seller applications, managing cross‑regional priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with product owners and UX/UI designers to create impactful user experiences.
• Implement tracking, analytics and A/B testing frameworks such as Google Analytics and Google Optimize.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of full‑stack software development experience, including leadership of large‑scale projects.
• Proven experience building e‑commerce style web applications and integrating headless CMS platforms.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Required skills

• React Native, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, jQuery.
• Headless CMS integration (Contentful, Strapi, Storyblok).
• RESTful API design, AWS, Azure, GCP cloud services.
• Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Agile methodologies, Test‑Driven Development, CI/CD pipelines.
