Senior Loans Sales Officer

About the role

Hang Seng Bank’s Customer Contact Centre is seeking a Senior Loans Sales Officer to drive the sales of consumer loan products through telemarketing. You will work in a high‑performing call‑centre environment, engaging customers and promoting a range of credit solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for products such as credit cards, card loans, mortgages, personal loans and overdrafts.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Assist the team leader in resource planning to maximise productivity.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Support the section’s overall service and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree holder; Form Five or DSE graduates with relevant experience may also apply.
• Proven experience in retail banking, call‑centre or telemarketing environments.
• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation with the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Customer‑centric mindset dedicated to delivering high‑quality service.
