Senior Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Logistics Supervisor will lead a team of logistics staff, ensuring high‑quality service delivery while driving continuous improvement across operations. Reporting to senior management, the role combines hands‑on supervision, cross‑department coordination, and participation in system development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise logistics staff, evaluate performance and provide coaching.
• Ensure work complies with instructions and specifications to maintain service quality.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects and special assignments from senior management.
• Coordinate with other Omni departments and propose continual improvement plans.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by meeting their needs.
• Assist in system development to improve effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain required documents and reports.

Required profile

• Certificate or higher qualification in logistics or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in logistics.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Immediately available candidates are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferable.
