Senior Manager – APAC ETF Product Development

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Manager to support its APAC ETF Product Development team in Hong Kong. You will help identify new product opportunities, design innovative ETF solutions, and guide proposals through internal and external approval processes to bring them to market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ideation and design of new ETF products, assessing commercial viability and prioritising proposals.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, review index and fund compositions, and evaluate product P&L.
• Produce quantitative analyses to test new products against client considerations.
• Coordinate with product strategists, portfolio managers, operations and external index providers to optimise benchmark and product structure.
• Draft offering documents, due‑diligence reports and business cases for internal committees and fund boards.
• Develop tools and automate tasks to streamline the product development process.
• Monitor market trends, flows and new product activity, and generate regular reporting.
• Support creation of marketing materials and act as the knowledge hub for the APAC sales team.
• Assist senior product leaders with annual strategic planning.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative discipline.
• Significant experience in ETF or investment product development.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
