Senior Manager, ETF Compliance (APAC)

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Manager to lead ETF compliance across the APAC region, reporting to the Head of Compliance, Greater China (ex‑Taiwan). The role serves as the primary compliance advisor for ETF activities in Hong Kong and the wider APAC market, ensuring regulatory alignment and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main compliance contact for ETF matters in APAC, engaging with HKEX, SFC and other regional regulators.
• Manage regulatory filings, reports and notifications for ETF listings, index changes, structural amendments and fund terminations.
• Provide compliance advice on new ETF initiatives, product launches, distribution, marketing and operational changes.
• Oversee due‑diligence for authorized participants and market makers.
• Collaborate with regional and global compliance teams to maintain consistent standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in compliance or regulatory affairs within the investment management industry.
• Deep knowledge of Hong Kong and APAC ETF regulatory frameworks (HKEX, SFC, etc.).
• Proven ability to work independently and influence senior business stakeholders.
• Strong judgment and professional independence.
