Senior Manager, Public Affairs – Community Communications

About the role

The Senior Manager, Public Affairs (Community Communications) will lead mass public communications that highlight the Club’s social contributions. Reporting to the Head of Public Affairs, the role combines strategic campaign planning, media collaboration and community event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute online and offline campaigns to raise awareness of the Club’s charitable and community programmes.
• Identify media partners, define messaging, and manage content creation for target audiences.
• Oversee creative and media agencies to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality delivery.
• Maintain and analyse performance of the Charities & Community online content hub.
• Design tracking mechanisms, monitor results in real time, and conduct post‑campaign evaluations.
• Plan and deliver community events from concept through KPI setting, production and results tracking.
• Manage communications assets for consistency across campaigns and events.
• Support budget planning, tracking and reporting for marketing and communications initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• University degree in Communications, Public Relations or related fields.
• Minimum eight years of managerial experience in a sizable organisation.
• Strong strategic communications, campaign planning and digital engagement capabilities.
• Experience in audience research, insights analysis and translating findings into effective content.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
