Senior Manager, Wealth Management

About the role

Prudential is looking for a Senior Manager, Wealth Management to act as a dedicated wealth solutions expert supporting agents. The role helps agents identify client needs, formulate wealth strategies and deliver integrated insurance and non-insurance solutions, providing case consultation, client-facing support and wealth coaching to drive HNW business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-case consultation: hold pre-case discussions with agents, identify client needs and risk exposures, compare products and design integrated wealth solutions covering insurance, legacy planning, premium financing, trusts, retirement and succession.
• Joint field work: take part in client meetings with agents and VAS partners, give neutral wealth advisory support and facilitate discussions on complex wealth planning topics.
• Coordination with external partners such as trust providers, legal firms, tax advisors, family offices, retirement service providers and premium financing banks, ensuring smooth execution of client solutions.
• Agent capability development: deliver training on wealth topics, premium financing, reversed mortgages, trusts, business insurance and CIES, coach agents on fact-finding, risk identification and HNW sales, share market trends and comment on new products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Wealth Management, Business, Law, Insurance or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, insurance advisory, financial planning or HNW client servicing.
• Insurance Authority (IA) license (Paper 1, 3 and 5) or other relevant licenses for regulated activities.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, mature, initiative-driven and customer service oriented.
