Senior Officer – Card Operations

About the role

WeLab Bank is seeking a Senior Officer to join its Card Operations team. The role will support daily card settlement, reconciliation, chargeback handling and fraud monitoring within a fast‑moving digital banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily card transaction settlement and support card scheme settlement processes.
• Handle chargeback cases, customer disputes, fraud alerts and suspicious transaction investigations.
• Monitor BIN attacks and manage related incident response.
• Prepare operational reports, perform reconciliations and resolve settlement discrepancies.
• Escalate operational issues and ensure compliance with risk and control standards.
