Senior Principal – Coordinated Care

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Principal to lead the design and execution of coordinated care programs that enhance customer experience and health outcomes. The role will shape strategies across health and wellness services, ensuring sustainability and compliance within a complex healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate innovative coordinated care programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Leverage advanced data analytics to monitor program performance, identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Tailor initiatives to diverse populations, promoting equity and adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Lead quality‑improvement projects aimed at increasing patient engagement and reducing readmission rates.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulations and internal policies, managing risks and mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams (HIS, operations, claims, customer service) and external providers, community organisations and agencies.
• Facilitate regular workshops and meetings to foster collaboration and share best practices.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff capabilities in care coordination.
