Senior Product Specialist

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to drive MedTech sales in the orthopaedics and surgery field, focusing on clinical adoption and market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively develop the territory to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
• Promote product value in clinical settings with evidence‑based messaging, product demonstrations and clinical trainings for surgeons and nursing teams.
• Provide in‑theatre support and post‑sales follow‑up to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Independently generate leads through cold outreach, account mapping and targeted KOL engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan product rollouts and clinical workshops.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in orthopaedics or surgery with clinical exposure and strong rapport‑building skills.
• Established connections with surgeons and clinical stakeholders in the territory.
• Results‑oriented hunter mentality with a track record of creating and converting opportunities independently.
• Professional demeanor suitable for high‑pressure clinical settings and ability to earn clinician trust quickly.
• University graduate, preferably with a science or healthcare background.
