Senior Project Manager – Engineering & Maintenance

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of construction and workplace projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety and environmental standards while coordinating a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, statutory, safety and environmental requirements.
• Develop, maintain and communicate the master programme, weekly work plans and look‑ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, facilitating regular stakeholder meetings and transparent reporting.
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
• Manage issue resolution, escalating where necessary and providing practical solutions.
• Oversee material procurement and long‑lead items to align with project milestones.
