Senior Public Relations Executive

About the role

The Senior Public Relations Executive will support the development and execution of strategic PR initiatives that align with corporate objectives. Working closely with the PR Manager, the role involves media engagement, stakeholder outreach, event coordination and crisis communication support.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic PR initiatives and prepare performance reports.
• Draft press releases, pitch stories, coordinate interviews and maintain media contacts.
• Plan and execute stakeholder engagement programmes with government officials and industry bodies.
• Assist in ideation, logistics and budgeting for product launches, seminars and business forums.
• Maintain crisis communication protocols and help execute response strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate communications or PR experience, preferably in TMT or similar sectors.
• Strong media network and ability to manage complex PR campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Illustrator.
• Experience using digital PR tools.
• Ability to analyse media impact with analytics.
