Senior QA Engineer (Rust/Java) – Margin

About the role

Binance is seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong Java and/or Rust programming expertise to join the Margin team. You will ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of margin trading products and risk systems. The role involves designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks that support high‑concurrency, complex trading workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle for Java/Rust‑based trading and risk systems, from test planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and operations to provide feedback on system design and testing strategies.
• Set up and manage testing environments, creating detailed test plans for margin calculations, liquidation processes and high‑throughput components.
• Execute black‑box, white‑box, security, automation and performance testing across web, mobile, backend and distributed systems.
• Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing efficiency by staying current with Java, Rust and testing methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA automation or software testing, preferably in fintech or trading platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Java and/or Rust, with solid knowledge of automated testing for distributed, high‑concurrency architectures.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis abilities for performance and system issues.
