Senior Quality Officer

About the role

The Senior Quality Officer will support Dragages’ projects by managing quality risks and ensuring compliance with established methods. This role contributes to the continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System and helps deliver high‑quality construction outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing quality risks for specific project aspects, ensuring adherence to established methods.
• Review and support the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Contribute to operations aimed at enhancing the quality of delivered products.
• Review, analyse, and evaluate quality documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to prepare and implement Project Quality Plans and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Industry qualifications from recognized bodies such as HKIE, CQE, CIC; lead auditor training is preferred.
