Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the end‑to‑end development and support of full‑stack applications. The role involves defining architecture, coding standards and best practices across backend, frontend and cloud, while ensuring security, scalability and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and support of full‑stack applications from design to production.
• Define architecture, coding standards and best practices for backend, frontend and cloud.
• Review code, enforce quality standards and mentor team members.
• Design and develop scalable Java applications using Spring / Spring Boot.
• Build RESTful APIs and micro‑services with security and performance considerations.
• Integrate with databases and third‑party systems.
• Lead UI development with Angular and guide React Native mobile development.
• Ensure security, scalability, cost optimisation, monitoring and incident management.
• Own production support, incident management, root‑cause analysis and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of full‑stack development experience, preferably in the airport/airline domain.
• Proven experience in application development, production support and incident management.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Java (Spring Boot, micro‑services).
• Solid experience with Angular and React Native.
• Good English language proficiency.
