Senior System Analyst – Digital Banking (Multiple Positions)

About the role

We are seeking experienced System Analysts and Application Architects to join our digital banking team. The positions cover mobile & e‑banking channels, wealth‑management web services, core banking systems, and enterprise‑wide architecture governance. Multiple headcounts are available across senior and specialist levels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive modernization, delivery, and support of mobile banking, payment platforms, and digital channels.
• Lead end‑to‑end SDLC activities, including requirement analysis, vendor coordination, release management, and production issue resolution.
• Manage IT project timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder communication for wealth‑management microservices.
• Oversee system analysis, test planning, PoC setups, and production support for core banking applications.
• Define architecture strategies, integration patterns, and compliance frameworks for legacy and cloud‑native systems.
• Develop and maintain web‑based and mobile banking applications, database designs, and interactive front‑ends.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in system analysis, application delivery or software engineering for banking/fintech (senior roles) or 4‑7 years for specialist roles.
• Proven experience with agile project management and stakeholder liaison.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and security standards (PCI‑DSS, SOC2, Zero‑Trust).

• Architecture patterns, CI/CD, DevSecOps, API design, monitoring tools, secure coding standards.
• Mobile: Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Vue.js, API integration, app packaging, app‑store deployment.
