Senior Tax Associate – Transfer Pricing

About the role

Crypto.com is looking for a Senior Tax Associate specialized in Transfer Pricing to support its global finance initiatives. You will work closely with finance, legal, treasury and business units to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local tax regulations while optimizing intercompany transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and reconcile intercompany journal entries for transfer pricing.
• Develop and maintain Local File, Master File and Country‑by‑Country Reporting documentation.
• Support the Group transfer pricing model, implement policies and legal agreements.
• Coordinate timely submission of CbCR, BEPS Pillar 2 and other transfer pricing filings.
• Perform financial analyses, benchmarking and collaborate with external advisors.
• Assist in tax and financial audits, providing required documentation.
• Streamline processes using tax, accounting and AI technologies.
• Stay current on global tax regulations and OECD updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 4+ years of transfer pricing or tax experience, including in‑house or Big 4 consulting exposure.
• Experience in fintech or technology‑driven environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
