Site Supervisor T3 – Structural & Civil Engineering

About the role

The Site Supervisor T3 will lead on‑site supervision of structural and civil engineering works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings and quality standards. This role offers the chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and develop advanced technical competencies in structural engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise structural and civil works in line with contract specifications, drawings and statutory requirements.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, safety and quality of contractor and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete, structural steel, foundations, retaining structures and other elements.
• Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports and documentation.
• Identify construction risks and implement corrective actions to meet project objectives.

Required profile

• Valid TCP T3 qualification.
• Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree in Civil, Structural or Building Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience on structural and civil projects.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong construction regulations and quality assurance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
