Software Engineer – AI‑Enabled Core Technologies

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design and develop core software technologies for high‑concurrency, large‑scale products. You will work with agile and DevOps practices, contribute to open‑source initiatives, and help build AI capabilities for optical network devices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle from requirement analysis to architecture design, implementation, and operational maintenance.
• Apply advanced software design methodologies, including agile, DevOps, and open‑source collaboration.
• Develop AI‑assisted code generation tools to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Design and implement AI platform software architectures for medium‑to‑large scale optical products.
• Integrate AI technologies into network operations and maintenance, and engineering practices.
• Solve technical challenges creatively, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Communications or a related field.
• Strong independent problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for programming and new technologies.
• Active participation in programming contests or open‑source communities during studies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, and Rust.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted code generation techniques.
• Good programming habits and ability to work in agile environments.
