Solution Architect – HR Tech (Hong Kong)

About the role

Join SHL to shape the future of talent intelligence by designing and delivering innovative, data‑driven HR solutions for global clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, turning client needs into scalable SaaS offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to understand client objectives and diagnose HR processes, technology, data flows, and operating models.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear, scalable solution approaches aligned with SHL’s SaaS capabilities.
• Architect end‑to‑end solutions across assessments, platforms, integrations, data flows, and deployment approaches.
• Map client requirements to standard product capabilities, maximizing reuse and scalability while minimizing bespoke work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure feasibility from presales through execution.
• Design and deliver compelling solution narratives, demos, and proposals that articulate value, ROI, and clear value propositions.
• Partner with commercial teams on solution scope, pricing inputs, and RFP responses to drive conversion.
• Ensure seamless handover to deployment teams and act as an escalation point to safeguard solution integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Factors, Data Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or solution consulting within SaaS HR Tech, Talent Tech, or Psychometrics.
• Strong understanding of psychometric assessments and their application across the talent lifecycle.
• Proven experience designing solutions across multi‑module SaaS platforms and enterprise client environments.
• Comfortable engaging senior HR, TA, IT, and Procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
• Languages: English required; Cantonese preferred; Japanese optional.
