Specialist, Ancillary Business

About the role

The Specialist, Ancillary Business will drive ancillary revenue growth by creating and managing partnerships with third‑party vendors. You will work closely with internal teams to launch new products, monitor performance, and optimise existing collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategies that boost ancillary revenue.
• Design, negotiate and launch partnership products with travel and non‑travel suppliers.
• Maintain day‑to‑day operations, administration and reporting for partnership programmes.
• Monitor partnership performance, analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all processes comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships or product development.
• Experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
