Strategic Key Account & Partnership Lead

About the role

As the Strategic Key Account & Partnership Lead in Hong Kong, you will drive revenue growth, vaccination uptake, and market access across vaccination centres and key healthcare accounts. You will act as the primary commercial lead, operating autonomously in a lean market environment and translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver commercial targets, drive vaccination coverage rates and expand access points.
• Lead end‑to‑end tender processes, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing in line with internal governance.
• Build trusted relationships with government, public health institutions, medical societies, procurement bodies and vaccination centres.
• Generate market insights, develop account strategies and execute targeted customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Marketing and Supply teams to ensure aligned execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, vaccines or healthcare.
• Proven track record in key account management, tendering, contracting and stakeholder engagement within Hong Kong’s healthcare system.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship‑building skills; ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, lean environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities; effective collaborator who can influence without authority.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) for global collaboration.
