Supply Chain Manager (EMS, ODM, OEM)

About the role

Celestica is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cost‑reduction initiatives for its Connectivity and Cloud Solutions segment. The role partners with global design teams and customers to ensure optimal supply‑chain performance across EMS, ODM, and OEM environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of projects from Celestica’s Global Design Services, directing source selection and process implementation.
• Collaborate with Commodity Management to negotiate contracts that meet business growth plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities, including material pricing, BOM analysis, delivery execution, and performance flexibility.
• Lead cost‑analysis for customer bids and quarterly BOM costing exercises.
• Drive design‑for‑supply‑chain improvements with global design teams.
• Support quarterly business reviews with customers and strategic suppliers.
• Develop commodity strategies and oversee supplier interactions.
• Provide supervision to managers and specialists across multiple functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of experience in electronic manufacturing, supply‑chain management, and inventory control.
• Proven track record in customer management and design‑for‑supply‑chain initiatives.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑resolution abilities.
