Supply Chain Manager – Logistics & Project Management

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead logistics and project management functions to ensure smooth operational execution and timely product delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee logistics, project management, and production scheduling to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Monitor document flow and communications among internal teams, clients, suppliers, carriers, and overseas offices.
• Coordinate product development, ordering, and shipment schedules with internal departments, overseas offices, and vendors.
• Oversee supplier performance, inventory management, and sample shipment arrangements.
• Manage logistics operations, including shipping documentation, import/export procedures, and customs matters.
• Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers to resolve scheduling and shipping issues.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of logistics and operations experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the toy/premium industry.
• Proven leadership ability to develop and implement effective operational processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and cost‑analysis capabilities with solid numerical and problem‑solving skills.
