Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Zeal Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full‑cycle recruitment across the APAC region, covering Greater China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to attract top talent for a fast‑growing FinTech organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for APAC roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilise job portals, social media, networking, agencies and other channels to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to align recruitment efforts with regional business goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks and best practices in APAC talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including agency background.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Deep knowledge of APAC recruitment practices and market dynamics.
• Strong organisational and pipeline‑management skills, especially in high‑volume settings.
• Global perspective with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
• Self‑starter with a fast learning attitude.
