Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

ActAI is building proactive AI‑enhanced applications that simplify everyday tasks. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support end‑to‑end recruiting for product, engineering and business positions, helping the company scale its high‑density teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer for a variety of technical and business roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate fit, motivation and communication skills.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep the applicant tracking system up‑to‑date, ensuring data quality and process consistency.
• Support recruiting projects, employer branding initiatives and process improvements as the team grows.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, learning‑oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and follow through reliably.

Required skills

• Google Sheets or Excel for data tracking.
• Basic experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing channels.
