Telephone Operator – Overnight Shift

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Telephone Operator to join our Conrad Service Centre on the overnight shift. The role involves providing warm, efficient phone support to hotel guests, handling reservations, in‑room dining orders and other guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage restaurant reservations, ensuring accurate entry and timely updates.
• Process in‑room dining orders from hotel guests.
• Create, update and maintain guest profiles in the reservation system.
• Arrange wake‑up calls as requested by guests.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a guest‑service or call‑center environment.
• Customer‑oriented with strong communication and telephone skills.
• Fluent spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Ability to work independently and handle shift duties, including overnight hours.
