职位概况

负责在马匹运输准备及途中，确保马匹在运马车内的安全与舒适，遵循香港赛马会的操作标准。

主要职责

牵引马匹上下运马车并按指示装卸。
使用专用技巧固定难控马匹，调整车厢隔板、坡道等设施。
保持运马车清洁，使用并维护合适的运送装备。
监测马匹呼吸、排泄、饮水等指标，识别异常并报告。
在马匹不安或紧急情况下安抚并协助上司进行急救及药物使用。

任职要求

中学学历，具良好粤语沟通能力，能使用基本英语和普通话。
3 年以上马房工作经验，了解影响马匹状态与安全的因素。
高度责任感与诚信，良好的人际沟通技巧。
能在紧急情况下保持冷静并作出应变。

必备技能

熟悉马匹运送装备的使用与调整。
能够识别并报告马匹的生理异常。
