About the role
The Uniform & Linen Attendant joins the Guest Environment team at The Ritz‑Carlton, Hong Kong. You will help deliver the brand’s Gold Standards by ensuring rooms, public areas and guest requests are attended to with precision and care.
Key responsibilities
- Stock and replenish uniform and linen carts throughout the property.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for linens, towels, and other items.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces in accordance with hotel standards.
- Handle, move, lift, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
- Uphold confidentiality, quality standards and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lb.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to the hotel’s service standards.
- Willingness to follow company policies, safety guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
- Professional demeanor and clear communication skills.
