UNIQLO Management Candidate 2027 (HK UMC)

About the role

UNIQLO Hong Kong is recruiting for its Management Candidate (UMC) Programme, a 12-month Retail Management Training Program designed to turn store-based experience into global leadership opportunities. The programme starts on the sales floor, where you learn core management skills, and top performers may join a pre-boarding programme at UNIQLO's Global Headquarters in Japan in January or July 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Stage 1: Master core business operations with a customer-first mindset.
• Stage 2: Move from self-management to coaching others and driving high-volume sales through Plan-Do-See sales planning based on business figure analysis.
• Stage 3: Act as a shift leader (Person-In-Charge for designated time slots), taking ownership of team performance and weekly sales strategies.
• Stage 4: Run the whole store as a business owner, allocating talent, setting staffing schedules and analysing P&L.

Required profile

• Degree holder in any discipline with fewer than 2 years of full-time work experience.
• Growth mindset, customer-centric and people-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
