UX/UI Designer

About the role

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead digital transformation projects across mobile apps and websites. You will translate business requirements into intuitive digital experiences that support the Club’s mission of responsible gambling and community enrichment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee development projects for digital platforms, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Gather and translate user and business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, site architectures, interactive prototypes, and perform usability and user‑acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with IT teams, external vendors, marketing and communication teams for product launches and upgrades.
• Analyse customer experience data, identify improvement areas, and implement actionable plans.
• Maintain compliance with responsible gambling policies and relevant legal requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia Design or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in UX/UI design, digital solutions, and mobile app experience design.
• Project management expertise; PMP certification highly preferred.
• Experience working in agile teams; product owner or manager certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage digital application development projects.
