Valet Attendant

About the role

As a Valet Attendant at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving by car, creating a memorable first impression through courteous and efficient service. You will represent the hotel's commitment to heartfelt connections while providing personalized recommendations about the city.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the safe handling of their vehicles.
• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly, ensuring accuracy and care.
• Provide guests with up‑to‑date information on local attractions, dining options, and events.
• Maintain a tidy and organized valet area, adhering to safety and security protocols.
• Collaborate with front‑desk and concierge teams to coordinate guest arrivals and departures.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to move vehicles and stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
