Vault Officer

About the role

The Vault Officer is responsible for managing clerical processes within a gold vault environment, ensuring accurate documentation and data handling for inbound and outbound transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Sort, file, archive and retrieve operation documents such as inventory records and transaction paperwork.
• Enter real‑time data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for all gold vault transactions, including receipt, storage, dispatch and inventory adjustments.
• Assist in preparing and verifying inventory reports, maintaining consistency between system data, paper documents and physical stock.
• Adapt to fast‑paced precious‑metals vault operations, follow SOPs and schedules, and complete daily tasks on time.

Required profile

• High Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of clerical, documentation or data‑entry experience, preferably in a warehouse or precious‑metals vault.
• Fluent in Cantonese (oral & written) and good English for email communication.
• Strong adaptability, ability to follow instructions and adjust work priorities.
• Basic understanding of precious‑metals and vault operation processes (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS) – strong advantage.
