Vice President, Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR governance, compliance and culture transformation across our organization. The role will partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategic HR initiatives and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Review and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational needs.
• Support HR governance activities, including compliance monitoring, audits and regulatory reviews.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, controls and operational effectiveness.
• Lead culture and transformation programmes that enhance employee engagement, accountability and organisational performance.
• Partner with business leaders to manage change initiatives and culture‑building programs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Prepare HR analytics, management reports and insights to inform decision‑making.
• Manage HR projects that support compliance, organisational change and business growth.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as regulators, consultants and service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated expertise in either HR governance, compliance and policy development or organisational culture, employee engagement and change management.
• Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
