About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic waitstaff to join our Garden Café, part of Conrad, a luxury brand within the Hilton family. The role involves delivering warm, personalized service to guests throughout the all‑day dining area.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests in the all‑day dining restaurant.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining smooth and efficient operations within the assigned section.
- Ensure tables are set, cleared, and presented to the highest standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Required profile
- At least one year of restaurant experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting; fresh graduates are also considered.
- Strong command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Friendly, service‑oriented attitude with a genuine warmth.
Required skills
- Effective communication in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
