About the role

The Ward Clerk provides essential clerical support within the hospital wards, ensuring smooth administrative operations and high‑quality service to patients and staff. The role requires handling documentation, processing information in both English and Chinese, and working on a shift basis.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties for ward operations, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Prepare and process documents in English and Chinese using word‑processing software.
• Assist patients and visitors with inquiries, providing courteous and customer‑oriented service.
• Coordinate with nursing and medical staff to ensure timely flow of information.
• Maintain accuracy of ward logs and reports while adhering to hospital policies.

Required profile

• Educational qualification of Form 5 (HKCEE) or Form 6 (HKDSE) or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with ability to work shift duties.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to process documents in both English and Chinese.
