Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our logistics team. In this role you will ensure smooth movement, storage, and documentation of inventory across our facilities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory records, updating logs and documentation.
• Move inventory and materials between facilities, workstations, and pick‑up locations.
• Sort, label, store, and retrieve items in their proper locations.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly.
• Process inventory for delivery, scan items, and verify quality.
• Unload trucks and place shipments in designated areas.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to move or store inventory safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
• Valid license or certification to operate heavy machinery as required by state regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
