Wellness Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Wellness Supervisor to lead our corporate employee wellness promotion strategies. In this role you will design, implement and evaluate health initiatives that enhance the well‑being of our workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, executing and post‑event evaluation of company‑wide wellness initiatives.
• Organise health campaigns such as annual flu vaccination drives, smoking cessation incentives and mental health awareness activities.
• Assess site‑specific health needs and develop tailored health promotion proposals.
• Launch occupational health programmes and collaborate with medical associations for health talks and events.
• Conduct health screenings, evaluate medical risk factors and provide guidance or referrals as needed.
• Coordinate recreational activities and internal sports clubs to boost employee engagement.
• Support ad‑hoc projects including event management, research, data analysis and administrative duties.
• Occasionally work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Enrolled Nurse with at least three years of work experience (in‑house or healthcare sector).
• Registered Nurse qualification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Strong systematic problem‑solving capabilities and an adaptive growth mindset.
• High sense of accountability, professional ethics and self‑motivation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Canva.
