Workforce Management and Strategy Manager

About the role

The Workforce Management and Strategy Manager will ensure the WFM system aligns with business and compliance requirements, guaranteeing the right labor resources are available at the right time across Ralph Lauren retail locations. This leader will travel regularly to stores to understand front‑line operations and drive labor productivity and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own accuracy, governance and continuous optimization of WFM configurations, including labor standards, scheduling rules and job structures.
• Partner with P&D, Legal, local and APAC regional teams to keep WFM practices compliant with labor, scheduling and time‑keeping regulations.
• Align workforce models with business strategy, operational needs and financial targets across APAC markets.
• Drive adoption and effective usage of WFM through change management, communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead delivery of WFM‑driven strategies that improve labor productivity and maximize 4‑wall profitability.
• Manage workforce planning governance, census management and store org‑structure optimization.
• Analyze labor, payroll and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Support and lead transformation initiatives such as optimized scheduling, KPI programs and system enhancements.
