职位概况
负责品牌视觉物料的整体开发与维护，确保设计作品统一且具备高水平美学，涵盖印刷、数字及多媒体等多种形式。
主要职责
- 主导视觉物料的创意与制作，保证品牌统一性。
- 设计宣传册、官网、APP、视频、电子通讯及标识系统等。
- 运用生成式AI工具提升文本、图像、视频处理效率。
- 与印刷厂、制作公司、品牌代理及媒体团队协作，控制成本并确保交付。
- 参与美陈布置，现场巡检并监督安装。
- 维护设计素材、摄影及视频资料库。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，平面设计或相关专业。
- 至少5年平面设计工作经验，有创意机构或营销广告公司背景优先。
- 优秀的艺术审美与创意表达能力。
- 中英文口语、书面表达流利。
- 具备良好的抗压能力和团队协作意识。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop、InDesign等设计软件。
- 了解HTML5横幅、动态设计及AI内容创作工具。
- 具备AutoCAD和视频剪辑技能者优先。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint）。
