Accountant – Full‑Time, Hong Kong

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, organised and proactive Accountant to join our fast‑paced agency in Hong Kong. The role involves handling the full set of accounting operations for multiple clients and supporting year‑end audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑set accounting operations and month‑end/year‑end closing.
• Prepare daily accounting transactions, journals and adjustments.
• Conduct timely financial analysis.
• Process and record AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets and expense reimbursements independently.
• Assist with annual audit, forecasting and budgeting.
• Liaise with auditors on annual audits and taxation matters.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as requested.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and management reporting.
• Strong accounting foundation with ability to work independently.
• Capable of handling pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency with accounting software, especially Xero, preferred.
