Accounting and Supply Chain Associate

About the role

This position combines core accounting functions with supply‑chain support, ensuring accurate financial processing while maintaining efficient inventory flow for the Hong Kong operation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, data entry, billing, invoice handling and general ledger maintenance.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, bank and account reconciliations, and preparation of regular accounting reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments on accounting matters and liaise with external auditors during year‑end audit.
• Manage inventory movements, maintain stock buffers, process stock transfers and ensure accurate system entries.
• Generate monthly stock and loan stock reports, handle invoice receipt and issuance upon shipment arrival, and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels in Hong Kong.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably with hands‑on SAP exposure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, with a detail‑oriented and independent work style.
