APAC Product Director – Digital Assets

About the role

Invesco is expanding its global digital‑asset strategy and seeks an APAC Product Director to lead regional execution. Based in Hong Kong, you will act as the primary representative for digital‑asset product development, commercialization, and strategic partnerships across Asia‑Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the regional lead for digital‑asset strategy and execution across APAC markets.
• Develop and maintain a region‑specific product roadmap aligned with the global strategy.
• Identify market opportunities, client demand, and regulatory developments.
• Lead the development and launch of new digital‑asset products, including fund structuring, governance, and regulatory approvals.
• Partner with distribution teams to support client engagement, education, and commercialization.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, operations, and product teams to ensure operational readiness.
• Represent Invesco in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and client events.
• Provide regular updates to the Global Head of Digital Assets and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in asset management or digital‑asset related roles.
• Proven track record of launching financial products in the APAC region.
• Strong understanding of APAC regulatory environments and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
