Architect/Designer

About the role

Our Hong Kong office is seeking a highly skilled Architect/Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to join Handel Associates Limited. In this full‑time role you will lead the architectural design and delivery of a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Produce architectural design, production and presentation work for residential, office, hospitality and mixed‑use projects.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and the broader project team to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and quality to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design professionals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, regulations and international practices.
• Develop 3D design concepts, space‑planning studies and documentation from concept through design development phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Designer/Architect.
• Ability to quickly understand project requirements, work efficiently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch‑Up, Photoshop and InDesign (mandatory).
• Experience with Revit, Rhino, rendering tools and AI software (preferred).
• Chinese language skills are a plus.
