Contract Assistant Officer – Customer Service Cashier (6‑month contract)

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Contract Assistant Officer to join its Customer Service Center for a six‑month contract. The role focuses on cashier‑type duties, handling face‑to‑face enquiries, payments and documentation related to insurance products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Process information and payments using internal systems, guidelines and digital tools.
• Verify Mainland Sales documents on‑site or via electronic platforms to ensure compliance with underwriting requirements.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback, aiming to improve satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Address customer dissatisfaction, propose solutions and report issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Form 7 or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years experience in customer service operations.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized self‑starter able to meet tight deadlines.
• Capable of working independently under pressure and handling difficult situations professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
