Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

The Corporate Communications Manager will lead the Group’s communication strategy, ensuring consistent brand positioning across internal and external channels. This role supports senior leadership, drives ESG storytelling, and safeguards the company’s reputation in a fast‑moving hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual communications plan in line with the Corporate Communications Director’s strategy.
• Draft and edit corporate content, including company profiles, executive bios, press releases, and social media posts.
• Maintain consistent messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all corporate channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with business, trade and lifestyle media; handle media enquiries, arrange interviews and press events.
• Lead corporate social media content creation (e.g., LinkedIn) and manage website updates.
• Monitor media coverage, sentiment and competitor activity; prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Oversee internal communication channels, culture programmes and leadership announcements.
• Support crisis communications, preparing holding statements, key messages and stakeholder updates.
• Manage ESG and sustainability projects, translate data into stakeholder communications and community stories.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations or reputation management, preferably in consumer‑facing hospitality or F&B.
• Hands‑on experience in media relations, internal communications, crisis management and ESG communications.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong media landscape and consumer market.
• Self‑starter with high attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal command of English and Chinese; proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua.
